4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and all on-suite. There are
2 lounges with fireplaces. One lounge has a TV. Parking is off-street and
is secure. Accommodation in the Central Drakensberg close to Cathedral, Champagne and Injisuthi. PalmSwift Guesthouse and B&B is ideally situated to explore the beautiful Central and Northern Drakensberg. Our Guest House is in Winterton just off the main road, nestled in a wonderful garden filled with shrubs, lawn and giant trees. Not least among these is a magnificent Palm tree, home of the palmswifts and hence the name.

Braai facilities are available for which crockery and cutlery is supplied.
Our rate is R180 per person per night, sharing, which includes a delicious breakfast.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
There is so much to see and do from our centrally situated Guest House. Visit Injisuthi - wild, beautiful, with fly fishing and great walks. Champagne Valley - beautiful with a variety of facilities including golf, a health centre and restaurants. Cathedral Peak Hotel with incredible views, walks, hikes and a golf course. The Amphitheatre, the most photographed part of the Drakensberg has numerous walks and trout fishing. Or take a 10 minute trip to Spioenkop Nature Reserve and Dam and enjoy some game viewing or fishing.
For the more adventurous, abseiling, river rafting,
quad biking and horse riding is also available.
Treat yourself and take a helicopter flight to the top of the escarpment of the Central Drakensberg, where you can even enjoy a glass of champagne while experiencing the magnificence of the escarpment.
Alternatively, visit the various local art and craft centres or the famous battlefields of Spionkop and Ladysmith.
